Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable university with IPK 2.75

Secretary
Work location: Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Managing a comprehensive organized filing system and business meetings.
Performs a variety of clerical and secretarial duties for the operations of Management. Typical duties include sorting and opening mail, typing, word processing & translations, maintaining files or records including answering the phone
Arranging tickets, hotel, and other accommodations for traveling
Coordinate closely with all departments in gathering data for weekly and monthly report timely
Perform effectiveness in communication both correspondence and telephone calls to various parties within and outside the company.
Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors; refers to appropriate staff and/or answers questions, and provides general information regarding established office policies and procedures
To maintain a comprehensive, organized filing system both hardcopy and digital for Management, and organizing business meeting and travel
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably from secretary major
Female with age max 30 years old
Strong in Secretarial and administrative job
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Having experience as Secretary min. 4 years, preferably on Bank
